For those of you who don’t know us well, we have been developing affordable homes since 1992. AHG has built 27 quality communities and provided 3,000+ affordable apartments for singles, families, and seniors. We are a leader in building sustainable and efficient affordable homes. Within the last 12 months we have won 19 local, regional, and national design awards; a testament to our commitment to quality.

At Affirmed we continue to optimize building locations on urban infill and Brownfield sites, and we embrace enlightened building design and management. We reduce, reuse and recycle to minimize landfill waste and whenever possible, we use materials and emerging technologies that set new standards for environmental excellence.
