Affirmed Housing is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members to the Affirmed family!
Jeanne Blake
As an Assistant Project Manager, Jeanne will be supporting our Project Managers and Acquisition Manager in all phases of project management, and will be the lead for Affirmed on all public funding applications. Jeanne brings to our team strong analytical and project management skills and almost a decade of experience in affordable housing. She has extensive experience with the development of family, mixed-use and special needs projects. Additionally, she is a graduate of the LISC Affordable Housing Training Program, a yearlong training program exclusively pertaining to affordable housing. We are lucky Jeanne has joined the Affirmed Housing team!

Jimmy Silverwood
Jimmy Silverwood joins our team as Assistant Project Manager. He will have a broad range of tasks including property assessment & acquisition, construction timeline and budget management and other aspects concerning the Affirmed project pipeline. He comes to Affirmed after working for General Contractor, Turner Construction, for 3 years. While at Turner he worked as both a project engineer and project estimator dealing with contracts spanning from $1-120 million dollars. Jimmy brings expertise in project management as well as business experience achieved in college at the University of Colorado’s LEED school of business where he graduated with a finance degree and a minor in real estate. He will be a great addition to Affirmed and we are glad Jimmy has joined the company.
